NOTICE TO ALL USERS: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, AS IT CONSTITUTES THE LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TRB Cleanup and Antivirus.

Thank you for choosing TRB Cleanup and Antivirus. For the purposes of these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), "TRB Cleanup and Antivirus", "We", or "Us" refers to CO CO HI TECH LLC, located at Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Bakhtrioni street, No22, apartment 75.

You agree to be bound by these Terms by:

Using and/or accessing the TRB Cleanup and Antivirus application (the "App");
Using and/or accessing our website located at https://trb.cocohitechllc.com/ (the "Website"), collectively referred to as the "Service", or otherwise electronically agreeing to be bound to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our App or Website.

Eligibility and Legal Capacity

You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you must not use our Service.

Modification to the Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and the latest Terms will apply going forward. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Service constitutes your consent to any changes.

Service Description

TRB Cleanup and Antivirus provides tools to enhance your device’s performance and security, including:

Junk Cleaner: Removes unnecessary files and cache.
Battery Analyzer: Monitors battery health and helps optimize battery life.
Large Files Cleaner: Identifies and removes oversized files.
Duplicates Cleaner: Detects and removes duplicate files.
Image Compression: Reduces file sizes without significant quality loss.
Deep Scan: Removes hidden junk and system clutter.
Built-in Antivirus: Powered by a third-party SaaS provider for security against malware, viruses, and threats.

Payments

TRB Cleanup and Antivirus is completely free to use. There are no subscription fees or in-app purchases. All features are available at no charge.

User Account

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for any activity associated with your account, whether or not authorized.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

Harm or damage our reputation, employees, or others.
Engage in unlawful activities, including fraud, identity theft, or distribution of malicious content.
Remove, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
Distribute malware or engage in cyberattacks.

Automatic Updates and Upgrades

We may update or upgrade the Service periodically. You consent to these updates, which will be subject to these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All rights to the technology, content, and services are owned by TRB Cleanup and Antivirus. You are granted a limited, personal, and non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorized commercial use is prohibited.

Privacy & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Termination or Suspension of Access

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any reason at any time, with or without notice. You may terminate your relationship with us by uninstalling the App.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is", without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

TRB Cleanup and Antivirus and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or inability to use it, including lost profits or data.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TRB Cleanup and Antivirus harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, including all incorporated items, constitutes the entire agreement between you and TRB Cleanup and Antivirus, superseding all prior agreements.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.

Permissions Required

Storage Permissions (READ / WRITE / MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE):
Needed for core features including Junk File Cleaner, Large File Detection, Duplicate Photo Removal, Image Compression, Deep Scan, and Antivirus scanning.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE:
Necessary to support key background functions such as periodic security scanning, storage analysis, and battery monitoring, while maintaining a smooth and uninterrupted user experience.

User Control

All actions like file removal or image compression require manual confirmation by the user. Nothing is deleted automatically.

Privacy Note

TRB Cleanup and Antivirus processes all scan data locally on your device. No personal files or information are collected, stored, or shared without your clear consent.
