End User License Agreement (EULA)

MPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL USERS: PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND TRB Cleanup and Antivirus.

Before you start using the TRB Cleanup and Antivirus app ("Software"), please carefully review the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA," "Agreement"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement, both on your own behalf and on behalf of any organization or individual you represent. This Agreement also applies to any updates, add-ons, internet services, or support related to the Software. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not proceed with installation, do not use the Software, and delete or destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.

The TRB Cleanup and Antivirus Software is owned and operated by CO CO HI TECH LLC ("TRB Cleanup and Antivirus," "we," "us," or "our"), a legal entity incorporated under the laws of Georgia, with its registered office located at Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Bakhtrioni street, No22, apartment 75.

CO CO HI TECH LLC may revise this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion, and the revised Agreement will automatically apply to the corresponding versions of the TRB Cleanup and Antivirus distributed with the updated terms.

Scope of License

CO CO HI TECH LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited, and revocable license to download, install, and use the TRB Cleanup and Antivirus Software ("License") solely in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy. This license allows you to use the TRB Cleanup and Antivirus Software exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights to the TRB Cleanup and Antivirus Software are reserved by us.

You may only access the Software through the interfaces and protocols provided or authorized by CO CO HI TECH LLC. You agree not to access the Software through unauthorized means, such as an unlicensed software client.

If you intend to use the Software for any commercial purpose, including on behalf of a business or organization, you must enter into a separate written agreement with us beforehand. To discuss such arrangements, please contact us at support@cocohitechllc.com.

Intellectual Property Rights and Prohibited Uses

The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and all rights, title, and interest in the Software belong to CO CO HI TECH LLC. In addition, all rights, title, and interest in the content accessed through the Software belong to the respective content owners and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws. This Agreement grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by CO CO HI TECH LLC. The Software is licensed to you, not sold. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the Software.

You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or publicly perform the Software. Copying or storing the Software other than as expressly permitted is prohibited unless you have prior written permission from CO CO HI TECH LLC. You may not remove or alter any copyright notices on copies of the Software. You may not rent, lease, or transfer the Software. Unless permitted by law, you may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software or attempt to do so.

Updates and Technical Support

To optimize the Software and provide you with the most up-to-date version, you agree that the Software may download and install updates and new versions as they become available. You agree to receive and allow us to deliver such updates to your device.

CO CO HI TECH LLC may provide technical support during the term of your Software license, such as assistance through email or other methods. Technical support is provided at the discretion of CO CO HI TECH LLC and without any guarantees. It is your sole responsibility to back up all of your existing data, software, and programs before receiving any technical support. During technical support, we may determine that the issue is beyond the scope of support. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate technical support.

Compatibility

You are authorized to install and use the TRB Cleanup and Antivirus Software on your devices. However, you are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary hardware, software, internet access, and communication networks required to use the Software. CO CO HI TECH LLC will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in the Service caused by issues with your equipment, software, internet connectivity, or communication networks beyond our control.

Third Party Content

The Software may include third-party features or allow you to access content on third-party websites. These features, functions, or content may be subject to third-party terms of service and privacy policies. Always review the specific terms of any third-party software bundled with the Software. You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the use of any third-party resources.

Disclaimer of Warranties

TRB Cleanup and Antivirus PROVIDES THE SOFTWARE "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR WORK WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERRORS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DATA OR ERRORS.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR ANY OTHER PARTY WHO HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, DISTRIBUTING, PROMOTING, OR MARKETING THE SOFTWARE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF WE OR SUCH OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Georgia, as well as international copyright laws. Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Georgia.

Termination

This Agreement is effective upon your first use of the Software and remains in effect until terminated. CO CO HI TECH LLC reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by completely uninstalling the Software.
